Not a single consideration is dismissed during a ROBOTEC PPM service, all aspects of your robots state of health are thoroughly scrutinised, analysed, reported on and if possible rectified. Upon PPM completion the appointed site contact will receive a full printed service report to discuss the findings in person and conclude any proactive actions necessary, along with USB drive stored system back ups of your current robot programmes, a digital copy of the service report and extensive robot checklist
GREASE ANALYSIS PERFORMED ONSITE - USING SPECIALIST METERING APPARATUS FOR LABORATORY LEVEL TESTING
The Grease Analysis procedure of the PPM service accurately measures the amount of steel particles contained within the discharged grease replenished during the lubricating process of the robots individual gearbox’s (reducer drive). This will provide a preventative insight into the exact internal condition of critical components within the gearbox reducer potentially indicating any developing abnormal wear which could lead to sudden component failure, resulting in machine down time and loss of production
